Aruna has been practising bodywork since 1993. He has completed training in Remedial Massage, Structural Integration, Polarity Therapy and various other forms of healing. Aruna trained in S.I after personally experiencing profound and dramatic changes from receiving the work. He has a deep, continuing interest in meditation and Self-Awareness and has a responsible and caring commitment to working with people.
